About Faith

Faith Johnson is a co-founder of Launchpad023. She started her career in 2020 after stepping away from university during COVID, spending every spare moment teaching herself digital marketing. That paid off when she was brought on by a consulting firm to build their marketing department from the ground up. Once it was up and running, she handed it off and moved to Gozynta, where she was promoted to Director of Marketing and joined the leadership team.

Faith is painfully empathetic, which is either her best or her most exhausting quality depending on the day. She loves solving problems. She also loves to talk… a lot. When she’s not on a mission you can find her knitting, curled up with a cozy game, finding something delicious to eat, or listening to music that came out before she was born.
